Middle School Language Arts Teacher (full-time)

High School Family Consumer Science Teacher (part-time) 

York Public Schools, a progressive Class B district just 45 minutes west of Lincoln, is looking for outstanding teachers in the areas of 6th-8th grade Language Arts and 9th-12th grade Family Consumer Science.  Coaching and sponsorship positions are also available, to include cheerleading sponsor, assistant girls’ soccer, and assistant girls’ basketball, but not required.

Transportation Secretary

York Public Schools is looking to hire a Transportation Secretary to begin work by the middle of July.  The position is for 40 hours a week during the school year, with part-time hours in the summer.

Computer knowledge and great communication skills are a must!  Duties to include, but are not limited to:  scheduling, assist transportation director in preparing reports, two-way radio communication, and possible light payroll duties.

The beginning hourly wage will be $11.25 with a raise to take place in September.  Health, dental, disability, and life insurance, along with retirement contributions, are part of our extremely competitive fringe benefit package.

YORK HIGH SCHOOL is looking for a cheerleading sponsor and co-sponsor to provide organization, supervision and transportation for the cheer squad for the 2017-2018 school year.  Candidates must be available in the evenings for games during the fall and winter sports seasons.  Availability would also need to include occasional summer practices.
