In order for your student(s) to receive a Chromebook, you must:

• Read the Chromebook Policy Handbook
• Sign the forms of the Parent/Student Chromebook Policy Handbook Agreement
• (Optional) sign the Chromebook Assurance Program form and turn in the $45 fee due 14 days from when the Chromebook was issued to your student(s)
• Signed forms and payments can be turned into the YHS Tech Office, which is where the Chromebook will then be issued
