2024-25 Chromebook Forms (Grades 7-12)
Starting with 2024-25 school year, all students attending YPS are required to bring district owned devices and will be issued a Chromebook owned by YPS. Also each student will be required to submit the forms below, and have the option to enroll in the YPS Chromebook Assurance program.
